SONGWRITERS
We
are in desperate need of new songs for our artists to
record. We are in the process of creating new projects
for some of our new artists and we are looking for FRESH
NEW songs to promote to the radio stations around the
world. Radio is always looking for the best music to
play. We at TIMA want to provide It. If you are a
songwriter please send us your very best material for
consideration. We are mainly looking for Country and
Gospel.
TIMA
CHALLENGE
Every
month I try to inform you of all the new developments
and benefits as well as activities but this month I'd
like to do something a little different. I
would like to
encourage you. The music industry is in transition
because of new technology. The internet has made the
world a much smaller place as far as communication. The
major record companies are going broke because of the
technology. Any one with a computer can download music
cheaply and in some cases for free. Pirates can
duplicate major artists music and undercut the prices of
the record companies and not pay one cent royalties. It
is illegal and immoral but very profitable. On the
other
hand it offers
the
new artists and independents the opportunity to use the
same technology. We need to begin thinking outside of
the box so to speak and come up with new ideas for
promoting our music. So many artists think they can't
make it in the music business without a big multimillion
dollar corporation behind them. We at TIMA are already
anticipating all the changes that are taking place and
are preparing for it now. We are creating a new web-site
as we speak to promote your music all over the world.
Not only to the buying public but to radio world wide.
We've already registered the name which will be easy to
find and will be advertised to all radio stations free
of charge. Radio stations will be given a password to down
load your music for free. The buying public will be able
to go to this web-site and click into any genre of music
and go to your very own page and view your picture and
read your biography and listen to sound bites of your
music. They will be able to purchase by download your
music per song or entire album with pay pal or order the
CD by mail. Each TIMA member will have this service
available to them. My challenge to you is to take
advantage of this opportunity.
I've
heard so much negativity from so many singers and it
saddens me to watch great artists let their talents go
to waste due to their lack of faith and lack of vision. I
learned a long
time ago that people want you to do good and will
support you If you really try and believe in yourself.
We at TIMA are here to help make your dreams come true
but you have to make the effort. The sky is the limit
and you can reach as far as your imagination and faith
will carry you. Another part of this challenge is that
you will make up your mind to join TIMA and work with us
to create something great in the music world. We
have many new members but some of you haven't made the commitment yet. We can only
offer as many benefits as we can financially afford. The
awards cost money and the facilities are expensive. If
you want a career in music whether it is country music
or gospel music it requires a real commitment on your
part first. In closing I want to thank you for your
participation in TIMA and encourage you to THINK BIG and
call anytime.
